The moroccan kitchen is always surprising for the foreign people who know about it for the first time, the simplicity of people does not reflect the complexity of the mix made by the moroccan chef, and of course we are talking about women, who master the secrets of the majestic cooking. That mixture turns to a traditional meal full of flavors, which makes you appreciate the tast and never forget about the country and its people.

established in 1950 on an initial area of 680 hectares, the national park of Tazekka main objective was to protect all existing summit of Jebel Tazekka natural resources, especially the forest of cedars (Cedrus atlantica), which is isolated from this peak, away from other Moroccan cedar forests, those of the Middle Atlas, or those of the Rif ...

Only mining products once caused a transfer of money that can really affect the infrastructure and equipment of the mining areas. The exploitation of these deposits has not created in the Park as islets of ephemeral prosperity fallen into mediocrity at the end of production and can have negative impacts on the surrounding landscape.
The area of the park was expanded to preserve other natural resources that have remarkable strengths. To the east, a forest of oak undeveloped, interspersed with dry crops and bordered by a large depression where people practice intensive cereal. To the west, a forest of cork oak kitchen, economically important, both for the production of cork and pastoral production.
